OM Issue (RMA stuck at APPROVAL_RETURN_ORDER_NTFA in 11i)
A very common issue with RMA is , Order header workflow stuck at APPROVAL_RETURN_ORDER_NTF activity. Most of time root cause of this issue is Profile Option “OM: Notification Approver” is missing. Setting up this profile option at the SITE Level will prevent this error for NEW orders, but that will not fix the orders that are already in process.A data fix has required to skip workflow activity APPROVAL_RETURN_ORDER_NTF.
