Difference between ATO and PTO in oracle apps 1) MAKE TO ORDER: This is based on Customer specification, you make the product and supply it to them. Terminology Understanding the following terms will help you understand how scheduling works in OM. Actual Arrival Date  - The date the order line arrives at the customer site.
